Peak Package

This is my signature 6-month package where we dive deep into the underlying symptoms that are holding YOU back from feeling your best! Over the next 6 months, we will take a functional & holistic approach to supporting your body back to balance. Everything about this package is customized to support your individual needs-we don’t do cookie cutter protocols here. We will create a personalized care plan encompassing dietary, lifestyle and supplemental recommendations that suit your needs, symptoms and lab findings. Over the next six months, you will learn so much about yourself and how best to support your body to reach your peak health!

What’s included in the 6 month signature program?

  • Functional testing tailored to your specific health goals

  • One 90 minute in-depth initial consult

  • Two 60 minute functional testing analysis calls

  • 10 bi-weekly 30 minute follow-up consultations to provide support and guidance throughout

  • Unlimited email & text support for the duration of care with 24 business-hour response time

  • You will also receive access to our HIPAA compliant client portal, Practice Better.

  • All clients also receive access to professional and clinical-grade supplement lines with a 15% discount.

Base-Camp

Looking for guidance on lab testing or a specific health concern? This package is a way for our team to support you with a recommended care plan that you implement on your own. This is a great option for someone who has done lab testing with another practitioner but does not know where to go from there.

  • One 90 minute initial consult

  • One 90 minute lab review consultation with personalized protocol

  • Two 30 minute follow-up calls within 5 months of care

  • You will also receive access to our HIPAA compliant client portal, Practice Better.

  • All clients also receive access to professional and clinical-grade supplement lines with a 15% discount.
